Knotless two-button system with BIOFIBER® loop for acromioclavicular joint repair
Madtrauma offers you BUTTONFIX®-F by Biotek, a loop fixation system designed for acromioclavicular joint repair.
It is supplied with the button preloaded on its inserter and is completed by a guide wire and dedicated drill bits for the clavicle and coracoid.
Description
The BUTTONFIX®-F fixation button with loop is a knotless system designed for acromioclavicular (AC) joint repair.
The BUTTONFIX®-F repair kit contains a USP #5 BIOFIBER® loop configured to provide knotless reduction and fixation between an oblong-shaped coracoid button and a round-shaped clavicle button.
Using the dedicated 3.5 mm cannulated drill bit, tunnels are created through the clavicle and coracoid, enabling smooth passage of the button preloaded on an inserter. This technique offers a minimally invasive approach to acromioclavicular joint stabilization.
