FIBERKNOT® All-Suture Ligament Anchor with Needle
Small-diameter suture anchor for the repair of distal biceps ruptures
Madtrauma offers you FIBERKNOT® by Biotek, an anchor made entirely of suture for soft tissue fixation, used in the repair of distal biceps ruptures.
With no rigid parts, it requires a smaller pilot hole than a conventional anchor and preserves more bone.
Description
The FIBERKNOT® soft tissue anchor is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) suture and is available in a 1.8 mm diameter (double-loaded). It comes preloaded with USP 2 suture, and a 1.4 mm BIOFIBER® tape option is also available.
FIBERKNOT® requires a smaller pilot hole than traditional anchors, reducing bone removal and the overall anchor footprint while maintaining superior strength.
