FIBERKNOT® 2.9 mm soft ligament anchors revolutionize traditional methods of rotator cuff repair, with reliable fixation and minimal bone removal.

FIBERKNOT® 2.9 mm anchors may be used with a self-punching technique in lower-density bone. In harder bone, a pilot hole should be created before inserting the anchor. A specially designed punch for the FIBERKNOT® anchor allows precise hole positioning for optimal anchor performance.

The compact 2.9 mm footprint of the FIBERKNOT® anchor offers placement and fixation advantages, particularly when available bone stock is limited, such as in revision surgery.

FIBERKNOT® 2.9 mm is available in double- and triple-loaded configurations, with various combinations of BIOFIBER® suture and tape. A needle option is also available for mini-open procedures. These anchors excel in rotator cuff repair and remplissage.
