BUTTONFIX®-W Two Fixation Buttons
Adjustable loop system for distal radioulnar joint stabilization
Madtrauma offers you BUTTONFIX®-W by Biotek, a kit of two fixation buttons with an adjustable loop for distal radioulnar joint repair.
It includes both buttons with the sutures already mounted and is completed by a dedicated 2.8 mm suture passing pin.
Description
The BUTTONFIX®-W kit includes two oblong-shaped titanium fixation buttons, preloaded with BioFiber® USP 2 loop and BioFiber® USP 0, enabling effortless button shuttling and deployment.
The adjustable loop system is a knotted, customizable solution specifically designed to stabilize distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ) dislocations.
For secure placement, the system is guided through a 2.8 mm hole, from the ulnar to the radial side, with a dedicated 2.8 mm suture passing pin featuring a spade tip and suture eyelet.
