MINI-VIM® Ligament Anchor (Titanium, Shoulder)
Self-tapping titanium anchor for SLAP and Bankart repairs
Madtrauma offers you MINI-VIM® by Biotek, a self-tapping titanium anchor used in shoulder instability repair, specifically in SLAP and Bankart repairs.
Available with suture only or with needles, in two diameters, with optional spear guides, trocars and drill bits for hard bone.
Description
MINI-VIM® anchors are made of titanium, available in 2.8 mm and 3.5 mm diameters, and come preloaded with USP #2 BIOFIBER® suture. BIOFIBER® suture is a high-strength UHMWPE material that offers enhanced handling and knot security.
MINI-VIM® self-tapping anchors can be used without a pilot drill in most cases. For hard bone, optional pilot drills are available and recommended.
MINI-VIM® anchors are available in the following configurations: suture only and preloaded with needles.
