Knotless PEEK anchor for shoulder instability repair
Madtrauma offers you MINI-VIM PK® knotless by Biotek, a PEEK anchor used in shoulder instability repair with no knot tying required.
It accepts BIOFIBER® suture and tape, and is completed by its dedicated sleeve and drill bit for each diameter.
Description
The MINI-VIM® PK knotless anchor is a non-absorbable PEEK suture anchor with a built-in eyelet, delivering superior abrasion resistance thanks to PEEK’s low coefficient of friction.
The knotless technology of the MINI-VIM® PK anchor offers a time-saving alternative to traditional “knotted” suture anchors and eliminates the “knot stacks” associated with soft tissue irritation.
MINI-VIM PK® knotless anchors may be used with USP #0 and No. 2 BIOFIBER® suture and with 1.4 mm BIOFIBER® tape. Each anchor is individually machined from PEEK, providing precise dimensions and structural integrity. PEEK is recognized for its excellent biocompatibility and biostability.
